Courtney started at the zoo in 2021 as a part-time keeper. With a BS in Zoology from the University of Maine and experience from Maine and Georgia facilities she was given a position as full time keeper in 2022. Her favorite parts of the jobs are helping with diets and giving the animals enrichment. When not working you can find her exploring local hiking trails with her camera or curled up with her cat "Midge" and a good book.
